Design with purpose. Play fair. Exceed expectations.

The grass isn’t always greener.
When you partner with 12below, you get agency experience without the agency cost. No unnecessary work. No extra staff racking up billable hours. No junior-level design work passed off as senior level. No egos. No passing the buck. It’s not in my design DNA to run 12below that way—I do “agency” differently. We’ll have more personal interaction and more flexibility—and a noticeable cost savings.

We’re partners. And we’re friends.
Clients consider me an extension of their team, and I love that. I’ll get to know your brand as if it were my own, and your team as if I’m in the office next door. I know a lot—but that doesn’t mean I know better. Your expertise helps me help you. I won’t talk at you, or above you. I’ll talk with you. We’ll have open, honest conversations about your needs and your wants—and how we get there. I’m in it for the long haul.

A greater good.
I have a deep appreciation and understanding of the challenges nonprofits face—from boards to community engagement to vulnerable communities and sensitive topics. And walking that fine line of having a strong brand presence while not being perceived as spending money unnecessarily. I’m committed to being a steward of your dollars, to provide fair pricing, and to deliver appropriate project scale and solutions.

Small but mighty.
My years of experience have created a deep network of relationships—with photographers, printers, signage shops, and many other vendors. People I trust. People I trust with your work. I loop them in from the word “go”. They have my back—and yours. There’s no finger pointing, just a deeper level of ownership and collaboration that you don’t often get working with a larger design studio.

Unapologetically, unabashedly committed to print.
While 12below’s creative services reach across all media—my first love will always be CMYK (though RGB and I remain friendly). The feel of the paper. The whirrs of the press room. The way simple details of an interesting fold or emboss take a piece from nice to whoa. In this overly-online world, the offline experience is still an important and necessary part of your brand voice.

You won’t find an abundance of my client work posted here—but it’s enough to get an insight into my design style. Projects are more than showcasing a pretty online photo of work. Let’s get together and I’ll bring real-world printed pieces to you, in real time.
