Being small means I stay focused on you. I don't talk at you, I talk with you. I listen. I understand your needs and offer smart design solutions that work for you. For your company. For your audience. Being small means that I balance right-brain creative thinking with left-brain business savvy, yielding results that stay true to your project objectives—and your budget. Being small means that your project is managed personally, from concept to completion. Being small means nothing gets lost in translation. And that's huge.

12below is Jane Bock. And no, the name has nothing to do with the weather. Jane is the creative director/principal at 12below. She's been creating design solutions for clients for a quarter of a century. She received her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Arizona State University in 1992, and designed her way around the Valley until the early aughts, when she moved to the tiny lakeside village of Douglas, Michigan. She launched 12below design co. there in 2004, which quickly grew to have a client base spread across the country. Jane returned to Phoenix in 2005, with her husby, her Boston Terrier and 12below in tow.
Random fact: Jane was the very first guest at CityFlats Hotel in Grand Rapids. And the only guest on the first night. Who gets to say that, ever?
